Trailside Metropolitan District Nos. 1-6

This is a reminder that the following items are required by the District:

• Initial landscaping is required to be submitted and approved by the District prior to installation.  All homes are required to have a buried sprinkler system installed in the front, side and backyards.  All plant material shall be irrigated.
• All modifications to the exterior of your home or landscaping must be approved.  This includes the addition of a trampoline or pergola to your yard.  
• All privacy screens must be approved by the District and must follow the District guidelines.
• Landscaping must be applied for and installed within 180 days of closing.
• All fences must be stained according to the District guidelines.
